Rootwell Benefits is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the U.S. government.
This disclosure is required by CMS for third-party marketing organizations. The organization and product counts must be confirmed and kept current each plan year.
